We were referred by another local heating company last week when our furnace wouldn’t work. Thank you to them because their service was above and beyond. Not only did they come the same day because of the very cold, temperatures; they came right away. The furnace was fixed right away. The overall customer service was excellent. They even called after a few days to check on everything. You don’t see that often. We will be using them for our future heating needs. I highly recommend giving them a call.
Keith with Clean Air Comfort Systems came out to provide an estimate and was willing to factor in the cost of installing the tank-less water heater that I had already purchased through Lowe's. David and Dan did a great job installing a new super high-efficiency furnace, Pure Air filtration system and the water heater. The furnace is whisper quiet and heats the house in half the time of our old furnace, and the air filtration makes a huge difference. The tank-less water heater is amazing and saved a lot of space in our small garage. Two thumbs up!
From the beginning (meeting with the sales person) to the end of the installation of our new furnace, ac, and smart thermostat , we were very impressed. The professionalism of everyone involved in the process exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this company to anyone!! They made us feel like we were their priority-not just “another customer.” Their pricing was competitive but what really sold us on this company was their personal touch-getting to know us to design the best system for our needs.
We have used Clean Air Comfort Systems for a few years for maintenance and repair. When our furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days last year, Colin came right out and repaired the furnace, getting us up and running again. Colin is always courteous, knowledgeable and explains everything he does. They also have a great maintenance plan that saves us money on service and repairs, as well as serves as a reminder to conduct yearly maintenance on our systems. We appreciate Clean Air Comfort Systems and highly recommend them.
Colin came out to do a yearly maintenance on my oil furnace and did a great job! Very polite and answered all my questions. I will definitely be hiring them again they did a great job for a great price!
