Don't believe these SS officers are opened. The doors are locked with a sign with numbers to call to make an appointment. The problem is, you call the one number and you wait about 10 minutes on hold, then someone answers the phone and hangs up on you. This happened twice. I called the second number, waited on line for 35 minutes, and the lady who answered was rude and didn't help at all. They wouldn't even consider letting me have an appointment. I wasted an hour drive and 1.5 hours on the phone and got no further than when I started my day. Government run entities are so frustrating.
Try to online application and they had information that didn't pertained to me and then they said I was suspended from filing out the rest of the application cause they couldn't match the information.

My two visits here were both very pleasant. Both times, we were served with respect and our paperwork was handled very efficiently. Some days, it gets busy and there are long waits like any government service.
Treated like second class citizen. Security guard was very ignorant and degrading, as he was stuffing his face with chips, I would be ashamenIf I acted like that at my place of employment. The girl who actually helped us was very nice, knew her job. Answered question
