The worst service I have ever received in my life. Sandy is positively awful, refused to tell me who else was on staff that day, as I was hung up on for asking someone else’s name. Then also refused to help me. I have never received such atrocious service in my life. Had to call 37 times to speak to someone because a different individual kept pickup up the phone placing it on hold and hanging up on me.

Make sure you stand at your mailbox and wait to.see if they send you anything. They supposed to send me mail but I never got anything but now I have to sing back up for my housing for a 3rd time now

Although I have no direct experience with the HUD office. I respect they're role and service to the community.
