I was overwhelmed with a list of things to do to get my house ready to put on the market. I contacted Estate Ready and Dave came out the same day to give me an estimate for services needed. The house and outbuildings were all covered with green slime (algae) and needed pressure washing. Dave was able to get me on his schedule a few days later. It was a big job and it took a day and a half to get it all done. The house looks great! While he was working (in the pouring rain) he noticed that one of my downspouts was gushing water suggesting the curtain drain was clogged. He was able to get it unclogged in short order and get it draining properly . Would have cost a bundle to get a plumber out to handle this. Dave had the tools and know how to get it done! Estate Ready is now on speed dial!

I highly recommend Dave Comstock, he did some outdoor cleanup and landscaping for us. He was reliable and finished the job ahead of schedule. After we explained what we were wanting to accomplish he created a plan and set to work. This guy has a work ethic, showed up when he said he would and did an amazing job. He has remodeled numerous houses and built a beautiful custom home, he is a man of many talents and abilities!

After contacting Mr Comstock for a Kitchen and Bath remodel he arrived pulling a box trailer with all the tools that were required to do the job. Commented on several ways to lessen the cost and custom fitted several pieces to add a nice finishing great eye for detail. Also while in conversation he discussed his work land scaling large rock for a wall he built. He also is able to do ground work for foundations.You can't go wrong using his skill set which are many.nDefiantly a 5 Star contractor

I highly recommend Dave Comstock for any construction related job. He has extensive knowledge and experience across all construction related disciplines. Honest too!

Dave Comstock helped me with flooring and several odds and ends around my house. He was meticulous with his work and a pleasure to work with. I will hire him again when I need a handyman. He deserves more than 5 stars.
