Good Samaritan Pain Clinic

Dr.hana has been awful, downplayed my pain and told me I’m not doing enough but doesn’t even call my condition by the right name and thinks she knows everything about it. Starts telling me it’s my fault my memory hasn’t been the best. The other dr there is amazing and so sweet. The guy that handles phone call is always giving out wrong info and being rude, will straight up argue with you telling you’re wrong. I wish I could see the other doctor but at another location! She actually tries to look into new things for my pain and HELP me instead of comparing her ankle pain to my full body amplified pain like Dr.Hana and being ignorant about my condition, Just go somewhere else.

I'm a new patient of Dr. Hanna. I believe my health care has been handle fairly well by her. I have a complex health history with multiple medical conditions. She is doing her best to get me on the road to comfort. Yes, there are strict rules you have to follow and sometimes the front office doesnt call you back but they get very busy. I appreciate Dr. Hanna's careful consideration when prescribing medications and the precautions you must take to make sure you are doing what you are supposed to be doing.

My first visit to Good Samaritan Pain Clinic was January 2,2012. I have severe ostio and rheumatoid arthritis that obviously causes constant pain. Dr Hannah began with an evaluation and from there started looking at how to control my pain so i can function as best i can. She took the time to not only look at my medical issues but get to know me as to the type of activity and work i am able to do. She has fought the insurance companies for me and followed their protocol to the best of my interest not theirs. Some things she tried did not work but she kept up and found a regiment that works for me so i can function at my job and personal life. Yes there are times when Dr Hannah cant spend a whole lot of time with me but i am not her only patient and that is understandable. When i do have a concern she pays attention and does what she can to help the issue. Not only Dr Hannah but the whole staff is genuine in their care and concern about each patient they see. They are also just a friendly group of people who can make you smile when you are in serious pain. I thank them greatly for their care and concern with my medical issues.

If you are truly in pain, you can’t find a better Doctor. She definitely cares and she certainly has compassion. But you will not pull the wool over her eyes so don’t even try.

I was nervous about being judged for my pain. The staff here was very compassionate & Dr. Hanna helped me come up with a plan to manage my pain. I would recommend this office for those who really need it.
