Not sure if all their locations are the same, but I would avoid the Mars location. The young girl who scheduled me, told me that my primary doctor, recommended the wrong doctor. Then they phoned the next day, saying that person was wrong with who I was to be scheduled with. So they changed my appointment and doctor. When I got there, I was seeing a different doctor from who I was told I would see. I got there 15 minutes early. Girl at desk seemed annoyed and and had me check myself in at their computer. Then the doctor was 30 minutes late coming into the room and he seemed annoyed as well. No apology for keeping me waiting! Hey doc, my time is precious too! Hoping I don't need to go back. Not the place you want to be with a health problem.

Dr Saar is amazing and the director was extremely helpful when I was having a problem with an RX. She solved the problem right away!

Well organized! Everyone working moved very fluidly. Between check-in registering my charts and the appointment, I believe I was only there for 30-35 minutes total. Doctor are quick and very knowledgeable!

I had a great experience at the Cranberry location. This was my first appointment so I was not sure what to expect. I came in limping and they had compassion on me. Helped me get sign in and walked the paperwork over to me. My doctor was running late. He takes time to talk to each patient so I did have about a 30 or 45 minute wait. However, it went quick. Got to talk to other patients that were seeing Dr William Abraham. It felt good knowing he was well liked by patients. They took me back to get x-rays while I waited for the doctor. Then they called me back and Tim Heusey the PA came in the room. He showed me the x-rays and went over the results. He helped ease My concerns. I really thought he was the doctor but he introduced himself by Tim. He is very knowledgeable. Then the doctor came in shortly afterwards and really examined both my bad and good knees. Lucky for me they only needed to drain my bad knee and give me a shot. My drainage was as loose so I still had some pain as I left the office but several hours later I was able to walk around without the cane even though I was still limping. The MyUPMC app they listed several exercises for me to use to help strengthen my knees. So if that helps I won’t have to go to physical therapy. My dad and grandfather go to this location and see different doctors. So I can say we know at least 3 doctors at this location that are exceptional. Plus I love how they say to do knee replacement as last resort. Very reputable place. Just anticipate at least a 30 to 45 minute wait if you do make an appointment. They give you that extra care which is worth the wait.
