If I could rate this pharmacy any lower, I would. Horrible service. Can’t figure out insurance.. apparently... *rolls eyes* told me my insurance was terminated when in reality they were running my old insurance EVEN THOUGH I HANDED THEM MY NEW INSURANCE CARD!!!nI’m 25.. they were running my parents insurance from HIGH SCHOOL.
I would give their Pharmacy a zero if that was possible. terribly run have not worth wasting your time dealing with these people.nI have been trying to get them to contact my cardiologist and get authorization to refill one of my heart medications for about 5 weeks now and I still don't have it.nobviously someone needs to be fired at this location as I have made two trips there in person and three phone calls where I've been left on hold for long periods of time and then hung up on this is ridiculous! Totally incompetent!
