This company never contacted me to say they couldn't deliver my product on time. When I finally got should of them, they agreed to overnight it, and would provide tracking information. I called the next day, and they admitted that they lied, and that the ordered item was never completed. They promised to put a rush on it, but obviously, I told them to give me my money back. Mistakes are one thing, a lie is another.
