Derek is very talented and versatile. He is outstanding at communication. He will keep you informed every step of the way and provide suggestions on work but not push the work either. He has done everything from remodeling, small repair jobs, to selling a condo for me. Not many people can wear so many hats. He is a good problem solver at working through complex situations. His knowledge of house flipping just adds another special skill.

There was rot, and ASPM found some structuralndamage that had not been brought to my attention by other contractors.nAfter meeting in person for a full consultation, I decided to move forwardnwith ASPM. They did a great job and on budget. I would not hesitate tonrehire them or recommend them to friends and family.

ASPM did a fantastic job of repairing siding that was damaged by rot on my house. They showed me why it happened and fixed the problem. Very easy to deal with. I would recommend them , and In fact already have!!!
