Nick and his son Nils should be avoided at all costs. Highly unprofessional and crude, I caught Nick urinating on our property, and I have reason to believe he was actually drunk on the job. I was asked to pay in full for a project that was “completed” while my husband and I were away for the weekend at the shore. We came back to a disaster, half completed patio project that now will cost us $6k to repair. I’ve contacted Nils several times to complete the job but he doesn’t show up. I feel badly writing a negative review for Nils because I believe he has good intentions, but he is terribly inexperienced and, although he seems to save you money upfront, will end up costing you money in the end.
