This judge is a total witch. Her staff is just as bad. They are rude and despite going in person 3 times to explain a terminal illness has left me unable to work and therefore unable to pay a fine, the judge refused to waive or convert fines to community service. Then when I was unable to pay the fine, like I told them I couldn't, they suspended my license and issued a warrant for my arrest. Yet debtors prison is illegal in PA. Then on a separate issue, she refused to continue a small claims hearing that I was the plaintiff in, a hearing that I paid to have. Even though I had asked for it to be continued due to Covid exposure. This is not justice. This is generating revenue. Thanks for screwing me out of another $240.00 Judge Gaier.
The lady I spoke to on the phone was super nice and wonderful !! She really helped me figure out what I needed to do to get my license back right away, I’ve never dealt with the courts before so I was kinda scared calling but they were just amazing 10/10 great job !
It poured so bad, and I got soaked before I even made it in the Court House. You are only allowed to have 4 people in an Elevator at One time. And seating is Limited due to Covid, for wherever You are going Inside the Court House. Fyi.
I went in expecting the worst. The women who work in the front are hands down the most compassionate sweetest women I've met. These women treated me with such respect during a very difficult time. I was so worried I'd be treated like a criminal and I was beyond wrong. I can't say enough about the respect and positive experience I had here. The officer was equally respectful and compassionate. Thank you for making a stressful situation easier.
Do not go here expecting it to be quick, paying fine for a citation took over 30 minutes, I don't mean waiting in line.nI mean I paid them, and it took over 30 minutes to print a receipt, they kept stringing me along saying it would take only a minute or so more.nUnbelievable waste of time. They don't even appologize for wasting your time.
