Outstanding service. Rates were reasonable, office regularly kept in touch about my situation. Repairs were made within 2 days. They were on time, professional, to the point. Easy online payment process. Honestly, I didn’t know what to expect as I’d never used the company before. Every service company should take a page from their book. Highly recommend.

We opted for a complete replacement Trane unit. Val and company came quickly to install the unit but the Installation is not complete. The AC works beautifully but furnace is not done. Exterior ducting still needs to be run, a large opening was left in the return duct work and we are missing the compressor unit weather cover. The compressor pad was replaced but they left the old 200 pound slab behind. Val said he'd take the pad when he returned to complete the work but not until heating season. That's too long to leave it lying around. Lastly, I was told that the copper AC lines from my old unit were still perfectly usable and replacing them would be a needlessly laborious job. I agreed and the cost of the new line was removed from the bill. I was dismayed, however, that there was no reduction in the actual cost of the job, only the cost of the hardware. Val's response was that labor price is fixed per job. I consider Val to be a fair man but do not agree with fixed fee labor as I think running a new line would have taken 2 men a good part of an hour. In my opinion an adjustment for labor time not used would have been a nice gesture.nnThis is the second time we have used Affordable Fixes for HVAC installation. I am very happy with quality of the equipment. I can't comment on the price since, having used Val before, we trusted him to be fair. I'd consider raising my review if Affordable Fixes re-considers it's pricing and the job gets completed in a timely manner.

Affordable Fixes was very responsive to my call and scheduled the work on the same day. Val tested the AC unit and determined that it needed coolant added . The work was completed quickly. House is cooler now and AC is keeping up with the hotter weather. Thank you great work and pricing.

After a receiving a botched job of ductless units installation, we began having problems shortly after. Today Val and his colleague came out (showed up on time) and completely fixed our disastrous problem. They were fast, efficient, identified the problem right away (and fixed it on the spot) respected our household by wearing shoe covers, didn't low ball us on cost, and most importantly did an amazing job. I would recommend this company to everyone. Great job guys, thank you Val (sorry we didn't get your colleagues name).

Purchased home and issues with hot water heater and AC Unit. They provided the most economical options and performed the work right on the spot. They were efficient and did an excellent job. I notice a difference with the AC already!
