These guys/girlss are awesome! They come when they say. Fix the problem the first time and are priced fairly. They are my goto plumbing service.
Whoever schedules the workers needs an appraisal. Twice employees were sent to my house without an appointment. The first time I was at work. I was told the office would call to reschedule. No one ever did follow up. The second time John rang my doorbell at 8:30am without any notice. However, John was a delight. Professional and knowledgeable. He fixed my drain issue and gave me tips on how to prevent a future problem. Overall, Techs are skilled and knowledgeable. Front office employees need improvement.
We use Ben Manis for plumbing needs at my work. They communicate every step of the way and never leave us out of the loop. Unlike most plumbers where you have to wait hours or even day, ben manis is usually out within an hour of us calling. They have fair prices that beat other local competitors too!
I always use their services. Each Technican is polite and respectful. I never had any problems and they stand behind their work!
Our technician John came out to clean out our drain outside. The job went quickly and he was very friendly and professional. I would recommend him to anyone who needed any kind of plumbing issue. Thank you John, you are a life saver.!!!!!
