Absolutely love these guys. Victoria is incredible, and they provided us with a quick, easy and reliable service. We needed a gold chain repair and a shortening on a silver bracelet, 10/10 on both orders. Gold chain came back better than how it went in, and the bracelet actually fits now! I purchased a fabulous diamond engagement ring for my now fiancé from here. My sales person Victoria was absolutely amazing!!! I had been searching for some time for a reputable jeweler to entrust with creating and bringing to fruition a custom jewelry piece in memory of my father who had passed away. The piece I wanted to create was quite complicated and unique as I wished to have my father's print engraved on a rose gold pendant, along with some other very specific details. The team at Bel Jewelers exceeded my expectations by far! Igor and his team were extremely professional, communicative and quick. They even facilitated the shipping of the two pieces as I reside outside of the United States. Furthermore, he helped me decide on a style of chain & length, all while providing many options and remaining very communicative through the entire process.
