I have had great experiences here! Barry custom made the engagement ring that I bought for my fiancé. This was my first time working with the business and we sat down, discussed different options, he gave tons of information on every part of the process and took my budget into consideration. Didn’t try to up sell me and not once did he even make a suggestion that was above my price range. He made me feel comfortable throughout the process and was very straightforward, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I have since been back to purchase other jewelry that was not custom, just gifts, and he always takes the time to say hello and ask how everything is going. Great small business and great place to work with!

My review is on customer service. I waited over 3 weeks for an ESTIMATE for a repair on a very old pocket watch. I called 4 times asking about my watch. They said they were waiting for the repair company to get back to them. Every time, I initiated the call. At least 3 times, I requested that they get back to me. They said they had nothing else to report. When I called the last time, they said they were just unwrapping it. She told me they put a new crystal on the watch and it would be $80!!!. I said it was not suppose to be repaired, I was only to receive an estimate. She said she knew, and she was not happy with the situation either. They did not even offer a reasonable solution...they just expected me to pay. I told them to remove the crystal and we were not happy. They didn't care one bit. Oh well, they just lost a customer who was going to buy a nice size diamond ring from them. They need to be more customer focused. I'll go elsewhere.

Not just an ordinary jewelry retail store! I have purchased and have had many pieces designed over the last forty years here! You don’t find a real jeweler who is talented, knowledgeable and trustworthy like the owner of yardley jewelers anywhere today. He does beautiful work and can design just about anything. Trust is key, Buying diamonds from Yardley jewelers a must,!, Great place for repairs too, highly recommend yardley jewelers!
