I live in Virginia and ordered an arrangement to surprise my friend who lives in Newtown for her 50th birthday. I spoke with Pam who was SO helpful! I viewed several arrangements on their website, and settled on one that was absolutely gorgeous, but was monochromatic. I asked Pam if they could use all of the same flowers but just different colors. She made note of my request and then reviewed it with the floral designer. My friend was absolutely taken aback by the beauty of the arrangement and said, “This is one of the most gorgeous arrangements I have ever received!” I am so grateful for Pam’s help and that the money spent was actually used on high quality flowers (roses, orchids, and hydrangeas) and other design details instead of greenery and filler. I will be a forever customer!
