Bought my first windmill palm tree from Nathan. Very impressed with his customer service. He delivers on his promises. I have owned palms when I lived in Arizona. The quality of these trees is excellent and the price point cannot be matched. Very happy with my purchase and would buy again from him.

I have now purchased various palms from them throughout the years. ( I can’t seem to by enough!). Not only are their palms and plants are of exceptional quality, but they are very well maintained. I have been to many nurseries throughout the Lower Mainland, but nothing come close to the beautiful palms they have! And the prices??? Just can’t be beat! Nathan is a very friendly and down to earth person. Answers all my silly questions. Very polite and down to earth guy. One time I killed one of my palms, and he offered to replace it for free! Who does that?!?! I highly recommend Paradise Palms for all your needs! In fact, I’ll be getting more this year myself!! Thanks Nathan! You’re the best!!

This company is not serious. I'm considering starting a lawsuit if they don't refund my deposit. I paid $1,000 deposit at the beginning of May, they promised that they will bring the trees first week of June. It is now July 2020 and they don't return calls after I left them couple voicemails. I'm concerned that this company is a scam. Don't make my mistake, by paying a deposit for something that you have no guarrantee tbat you will get. :(

Horrible service. I have left numerous messages and I got no call backs. I have also emailed, and they will not respond. I bought a 5' Palm tree in the beginning of March 2020 and still haven't gotten it. You might be looking at saving some money, but the service is bad.
