Clint was fantastic. Very professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. I was shopping for the perfect engagement ring with very little knowledge about the subject. Clint made the process simple and most importantly enjoyable. I Never felt pressured or overwhelmed while finding the perfect setting and diamond. Even though visits were separated by a global pandemic, he was able to continue communication in making sure the purchase went smoothly. They did it AGAIN!!! Clint and his team are absolutely amazing. I recently bought a watch for my wife and I accidentally cause some damage to it. Clint helped me fix the problem and got the watch back to the way I bought it. He saved me from embarrassment. I've never dealt with someone with such good customer service and goes above and beyond for his customer. I won't shop anywhere else for jewelry except Bernie Robbins.
