We were in and out in less than a half hour. It was a great experience. Everyone was so nice.
Was in and out in 10 minutes they are very kind and polite it was a nice experience
I needed to get my photo driver's license completed and used this location. With the social distancing policies in effect and with a huge backlog of folks in the same situation as me, this location seemed a better choice than several other places that are very best to me. I arrived 20 minutes before the center opened and stood in line behind approximately 20 people already waiting. Even before they opened, an employee came outside to disseminate information and to check to make sure that waiting customers were aware of how they operate, and to insure that everyone in line had what they needed to be successful. Upon opening the line moved at a regular pace and they controlled operations smoothly. Inside everything went just as smoothly. The line behind me remained pretty much the same length during my entire visit which took about one hour, which includes the time before they opened. Bottom line is that this location is way better for getting your photo driver's license done than the Huntingdon Valley or Neshaminy locations which have lines that run around the buildings and down the street.
Greay customer service, however they can not do a change of address for a commercial drivers license.
This was an excellent experience. I literally walked in took a number sat down and was called up. The entire process from walking in to leaving took maybe 12 minutes. The man was very helpful and pleasant too. The building is also very nice and cozy.
