Was having very difficult problem with heating and cooling system put in by somebody else. After three years of going back-and-forth with them I remembered Stanley Cooper from Willow Grove. Not only did they get it running right they came right out and we’re very inexpensive considering all the work and time it took to fix it. I would highly recommend that if you’re questioning the efficiency of your systems to have them check ; it’s well worth it.

We needed a new AC unit so I asked around to some neighbors and kept hearing about Stanley Cooper. I was impressed with Stanley Cooper from the very first phone call. Prices were very competitive, the rep clearly explained my options without any upsell tactics, and they kept me updated on the schedule while we were waiting for the new unit to arrive. The technicians were on time, clean, and very thorough. We are very happy with our decision and will be utilizing Stanley Cooper for all our future HVAC needs.

I can only say that these guys are the best . Every time I’ve had trouble with my unique heating and cooling systems they were the only ones That could ever get it right . After going years waiting for the people who installed it to fix it I called them up ;Stanley Cooper ;that is , and lo and behold it works better than it ever has. I’m talking about water radiant heat in the fours and the split units in the different rooms they’re good at everything ⁉ufe0f

I setup an appointment with Tony Borell, the Operations Manager for Cooper to estimate an installation of a new heating and air conditioning system for my home. When Tony did not show at the appointed time, I was concerned, so I called his cell number. When I called Tony and asked him about our appointment today he unapologetically said “Oh yeah, I can be there in about a half hour.” I asked Tony, “Did you forget about our appointment? “ He said, “No, I didn't forget, I got tied up.” I responded saying, “It would be more professional to let me know you were running late.” He responded, “I don't need you to tell me what to do!” Needless to say, I would never hire a contractor who was so unprofessional!

Recommended by my neighbor, had a few other quotes very professional and did a fantastic installation of a new heating and air condition system, found out later they did my parents house years ago and they were very happy.nHighly recommend!
