You won't find a better place for therapy. As a late 30's guy who is still pretty athletic I was very skeptical about what benefits PT would be for me. It was more of a check in the box my doctor required to get an MRI for my injury. Working the last several months with Dr Dave has completely changed my mindset. He educated me on what I needed to do to keep my back healthy and get stronger. He has an impressive knowledge of all things related to his trade, and goes out of his way to give very specific, qualitative answers to tough questions I would ask about getting back to peak performance. The staff there is great also, they made the whole experience very smooth. It's hard to find someone with this level of expertise. I highly recommend going to Ultimate. Thanks again Dave!

The best PT experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Dave is very patient, listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions in details. The evaluation was very thorough and comprehensive. Monica, Adriene, Colleen and Alina are very pleasant at all times. Making appointments was very easy, convenient, and accommodating. I never felt rushed. I highly recommend them. They made going through PT fun!

I recently completed my physical therapy for achilles tendon issue. When I started the therapy, I was limping and surgery option was being discussed. After 3 months of therapy, surgery option is no longer considered. My experience was very positive. Dr. Dave and all his staff were excellent. Environment is very friendly and courteous. Each time I was there I felt at ease. If I needed, I would definitely return for care and recommend to my family and friends.

I broke my arm at the top of the humerus and needed a plate put in. My surgeon, Dr Phillips, was wonderful and he referred me to Ultimate Therapy. After 5 1/2 months of therapy, I have full use of my arm.nColleen was always so cheerful and flexible in scheduling appts to suit each patient. Monica’s expertise in each exercise tailored to my needs truly worked. Adrian’s support and encouragement was much appreciated.nAnd Save, thank you so much for setting a very professional atmosphere along with a lot of fun. You have obviously done your research in the medical and ethical areas.nEvery time anyone walked through the door, they were greeted by name. I continue to stretch my arm and notice improvement almost daily. Thanks to all!

I chose Ultimate Physical Therapy as it was very close to my home, but I would go back to UPT even if it was farther away. I felt very comfortable and received great care. I actually enjoyed going to therapy. Dr. Dave formulated my program for my needs and my neck pain is gone. Dr. Dave and his team are professionals who truly care about their patients.nI will be going back for my lower back pain and I am looking forward to a pain free future.
