Today I dropped a letter in the mail to my daughter in Canada. About an hour later I remembered I completely forgot to write the postal code on the envelope. I rush back to find it and add the code and the gentleman at the counter refused to look for it! He said there were 500-600 letters and it was not an option. I am so aggravated!!! It would not have been difficult to find. Now it will take 2 weeks to circulate through the system . Also, 2 weeks ago I sent a package to NJ and it ended up in West Virginia!! I will be going to Hatboro from now on! Much nicer people there that care about their customers!

Horrible customer service. Condescending and rude. Near the beginning of 2020, I got a notification in my email about a package that was ready to be picked up at this location. When I asked the guy working the counter about the package, cut me off and told me that packages are available for pick up only from a certain time on. When I tried to ask why that is or why the website said something different, he only replied with the same phrase he initially. Repeating that same phrase instead of offering more explanation.nAnd this kind of behavior isn't just expressed by the one man, its also done by the other employees there.nnIn short, rude employees that are way too incompetent in customer service skills have made me permanently drive to the Ambler postal service center.

Service is fine. Clean lobby. Most ee's are friendly, (Just 1 who always sounds annoyed, doesn't smile & has short answers to questions @ packages & retail.
