Was fully expecting chaos and was astonished at efficiency of the operation. The drill sergeant lady out front got me in the door within 5 minutes and I had my picture taken and out the door in under 15 minutes. A great experience at the DMV!

This center is not even worth a one star rating.. The place, although clean, have horrible unfriendly workers. Went there for a real id and was treated with such unprofessionalism. I had all the appropriate documents and the man in station number 4 was rude and ignored my questions. The man who was behind him, possibly his supervisor, was just as rude as I tried to ask questions on why my birth certificate was not appropriate. My birth certificate was a legitimate certificate and they would not take it because it they said it must be issued on 2010. This information was not on the PA DMV website or anywhere I could find online. On top of that, I had to get my license renewed. I asked to please use the photo on file. I told him I'm 9 months pregnant and looked very swollen. The photo on file was only 2 years old.. He said no and rushed me to take my picture. I asked multiple times to please use the photo on file, and repeatedly told me no with no explanation as to why. 9 months pregnant, waiting for 2 hours, and I walked out of there feeling mistreated, unheard and ignored, with a horrible photo /renewed license and no real id processed. Truly Worst experience.

The lady greeting and making sure everyone in line had the correct paperwork and information was so helpful in making sure I had the right info before I had to wait. She also made sure the lines moved efficiently by doing the work up front, and also made the whole process more friendly and pleasant.

Line is long but was moving. You had to wait outside and around the building. My girls had to renew a permit and take the permit test. I could not go in with them. You can pay by debit now, so i gave the underage daughter my debit card to pay. So now they are waiting in the room.Be prepared to WAIT.

Went there on Saturday midday and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The process was quick but at the same time never felt rushed. The person helping me went out of his way to give me tips and encouragement while processing my documents. Would recommend this place over Levick any day.
