Where to start?!nnFrom the moment we walked into the store and were greeted by their very friendly and gorgeous German Shepherds, David and Anna were nothing but amazing. The experience of buying an engagement ring can be daunting, but they provided answers to all of our questions with zero pressure to buy anything. What's more, I decided to purchase a lab grown diamond, and even though it's less profit for the store, David conveyed that in his experience as a gemologist, he can't tell the difference between lab grown and organically harvested.nnBeing in the military, I had to leave Richboro and do everything else remotely. They made the process super easy and were VERY responsive.nnIn an era of everything being very impersonal, this was the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. I have already recommended them to military friends that have never stepped foot in PA because I know they will get the same level of service I got.nnHighly highly recommend!

Undoubtedly the most customer centrist jewelry store one would have the pleasure of doing business with in the Philadelphia area. Their stunning showroom in Richboro features an incredible selection of inventory and the owner, David is a Gemologist with over 25 years of experience in the trade.

Absolutely appreciative of the experience I had working with the owners at Margolin. I had initially went to an establishment in Maryland that was a large, franchise type business. The experience was lackluster and I didn't feel like my business was appreciated nor needed. I then was referred to Margolin by my Mother and I am thankful that I heeded her advice. This experience was very new to me but from the second I sat down he alleviated any concerns and anxiousness. He was informative, walked me through the clarity of stones and different options per what my fiancee was expressing interest in before. After presenting a few stones and bands, I made the selection and the price was extremely competitive especially compared to what was quoted at another establishment for a smaller stone and plain band. Can't speak highly enough of David and the team - she said YES by the way and was in AWE of the ring.nnThank you!!!
