John's team is nothing less than amazing. They're all polite, professional, and extremely eager to help. John himself is someone who puts customer service above monetary value. I had a bracelet break and he repaired it for cheaper than anywhere else i went. It broke again in a different spot and he was eager to repair it again free of charge. That by itself was more than generous. I ran into him again during valentines week while the store was completely packed. He finished helping a customer and i had told him that my watch was needing repair but i wasn't sure what. A different store told me i had to wait a week for an estimate but i had a wedding coming up so i went to see what John thought about it. He went above and beyond to disassemble it on the spot and told me exactly what went wrong and the part numbers to buy. I came back a week later with the parts and he once again, took it apart in front of me, replaced the parts and put it back together. I asked him what i owed him and he said nothing. Keep in mind, he was custom fitting the parts, making adjustments, and spent time that he absolutely didn't need to. Joked around and asked if i felt bad and i said yes but he jokingly said he didn't care and insisted on me leaving without a penny out of my pocket and it made my entire day. Its places like this that deserves more recognition for their expertise and desire to build customer relationships. Go ahead to stop by to purchase jewelry from him and his team or get a piece of jewelry repaired, you will understand why his ratings are straight five stars and his customer base is purely relationship.

John is very helpful and super knowledgeable. I lost my engagement ring and he helped us through the entire process, including the insurance claims. He is not a pushy sales person - he took his time to show us different options and did not try to sway us one way or another. Got the ring in 2 days!!

I needed help with a watch that I dropped. John took the time to take care of me while I was there. I appreciated his service and look forward to the next time the wife wants something shiny.
