Had my first massage here and it was great! The RMT intially discussed all of my concerning areas, then worked on each one during the session. Definitely coming back! ud83dude0a

I called to book an appointment. The booking is done through a call centre. Twice I was placed on hold for longer than 10 minutes only to have my call dropped both times. I'm not sure if the treatment is any good but the reception/booking is subpar.

I have gone to other physio places and was disappointed with the treatment.nI just had a total knee replacement and was recommended to try In Motion. I’m so happy with all the treatments. The staff is the best always friendly and helpful. This will be the only office I will visit in the future. I have the other knee to do yet.

Just moved to White Rock and so thought I would try a new RMT in my neighbourhood. Sorry, though she was pleasant enough, I felt the room was cold, she was too chatty for me and she was playing a radio station in the background instead of soothing music. I didn't really like her massage technique either. I'm continuing to go to my previous RMT in Vancouver

I had a meniscus surgery 2 months ago. The surgeon advised me to do physiotherapy. I’ve seen shannen she is too good in her work. Listens to my problems and then does the treatment and gave me lots of exercises that helped me to get back to soccer again. Dr.shannen is very talented, humble and dedicated. Takes care of her patients. Best physiotherapist!
