My experience with Tolls was excellent. They made me feel so comfortable and confident my jewelry was in good hands. I had a unique issue with the sizing of a ring. They provided a custom tailored solution that exceeded my expectations. My rings were returned to me cleaner than I've ever seen them and the work looks great. This is the friendliest store you're going to find. Add to that incredibly experienced jewelers who would rather keep a customer by being honest than make a one-off sale and you begin to see why I rate them five stars.
