I left a review with the survey you get when you shop at the pharmacy but I wanted to leave one here too.nnRola and everyone at the pharmacy are amazing. Knowledgeable, kind, they treat you in a way that a friend would.nnThey go out of there way to make sure you get what you need!nnThey're wonderful and splendid people to deal with. I leave getting prescriptions, for some terrible things, but with a huge smile.nnI like seeing my pharmacists. I've been on pills my entire life and this is the only place I can say that about!

Last night I purchase two product for my eczema (close Fraser location by my house) and next day it flamed up my skin. I came to this location to do return Caz it’s close to my work. MARY-ANN was maybe supervisor that time . To confirm my return and she’s like this is not on the receipt. I’m like, “ r u sure cause I barely come to shoppers and it’s only two things I even purchased. She accused me saying it’s not on this receipt but it clearly describes on the receipt that product too! I’m like I swear to god !!!!! It s on this receipt and then she gave my cash back ! Will never shop again here .

I visit this location quite frequently because of the amazing and helpful Pharmacists, but my trip today was very different. The tall security guard made me feel very uncomfortable. He was watching me the whole time I was shopping around the store, and then followed me outside of the store and watched me get into my car. I am beyond traumatized and feel extremely violated. The store itself is amazing but something needs to be done about the uncomfortable security guards.
