Bob is quite knowledgable and good at certain things. He installed a SONOS system throughout my home and also an IP camera security system. His prices are fair. The Sonos is great. Be careful, however, about the follow-up and customer service. If Bob is doing something new (like a security system), expect problems and don't expect him to get the system working without additional charges. He offers no warranty and keeps increasing his hourly charges to get things to work. He also has this approach of saying that he will buy things at cost and you only pay for the installation (cameras, computer etc). This is not true. Be cautious if you select him. You may be happy or not. If you are not, be sure that he will charge you extra, and if the problem is too complex, he will not return your call. He is fine to mount a TV on a wall. Anything else, use caution. 100% honest review.
