Myself and two other family members made multiple appliance purchases during the pandemic and had a great experience with this company! I purchased a washer and dryer and had great assistance from Chris. Each of us purchased by phone and the process went smoothly. Big box stores have additional hidden costs that this company does not. It's not a cheap store but it's nice to support a small business. It's also reassuring knowing that if there is an issue with an appliance they have technicians who can come out to the home and make repairs. Good luck getting help with this at a big box store! If the appliance is in stock their delivery is super speedy (a few days)! They can also order a specialty appliance too. They do not send anyone out to the home to measure so you will need to have this information before purchasing. Will be using them again in the future although fingers crossed that nothing breaks too soon!

Wow- I just got off the phone with the service department and the woman could not have been more rude! We were referred to N F Landis & Son through Bosch. I actually spoke with Bosch just before calling this company and Bosch provided all of the contact details and explained that they would be able to help us since our dishwasher was less than a month old and still under warranty. The woman was very short and rude and wouldn't even let me explain the issue or what was discussed with Bosch. I would have been completely fine if she just explained that they were unable to service the dishwasher because it was purchased elsewhere, but her attitude was completely uncalled for. Someone definitely needs to take a few lessons in customer service. If we ever need an appliance or appliance repair, we will be sure to go elsewhere.nn*I contacted another company after this incident, and the other company was very helpful and accommodating. They quickly scheduled a service and explained the process. No issues whatsoever*

We would like to thank NF Landis and sons for the great sevice we received when our refrigerator ice maker was making strange and unusual noises. The repairs were done while it was under warranty and in a professional and timely manner. The technicians were terrific and very friendly. We bought our first appliance from N F Landis and had a wonderful experience. Everyone from the sales personnel to the delivery personnel were very kind and helpful. The delivery men were extremely patient and did a great job maneuvering an old refrigerator up from our basement. We will definitely be return customers in the future if any appliances are needed. Decided to support local small business during pandemic, and chose NF Landis for purchasing a new washer and dryer. Service during the sale was outstanding and pricing was right. Delivery service on time and installers were also outstanding. This was a very challenging delivery that required significant problem solving skills to get these units into the basement, and the Landis team went above and beyond to make it happen! Highly recommend NF Landis for appliance needs!
