A nurse from St. Mary home care were supposed to show up Sunday between 11 and 12 and she never did. Yesterday was the worst upsetting nightmare we ever experienced, no thanks to Sherry, A nurse from St. Mary who called the cops and Fire department after she and other nurse left our home. Sherry did a lousy job on her back, not like the other nurse who did a wonderful job, did not put a protective cream on her back, did not use the protective plastic on her pad and did little as possible. She took picture of it and I asked her Why do you took pictures of it and she didn't answer it. She left without telling us what's wrong and then she called them, causing a great deal of stress and upsetting experience for us. They broke the door and I yelled, Why do you that for? My sister was not in any danger and I kept a depth chart t keep track of it by putting a date and time with blood pressure, sugar level, etc. We had a hard time in calming down and this is unnecessary. Not happy at all. Never again because they are fired.

They have been visiting my mother since March. Outstanding care!! Thank you Heather for being amazingly nice, professional and just a great nurse! Thank you Dylan for giving my mother the best PT care! You handled my mother with the exact right mix of firmness and gentleness! Thank you to the OT and speech therapist too. You ladies were also great at what you do. Everyone who has come into my home has been top notch. The ladies that call from telemetry care so much and ever single time have been patient and knowledgeable. They all feel like friends that we trust 100%. This is the only homecare we would recommend!

Visiting nurse services are excellent. The nurses are knowledgeable and kinda. They're easy to speak with and answer any questions themselves and/or make referrals to your doctor(s) if they believe the situation is questionable. They will also recommend another nurse's visits if your health warrants it. They explain well what the program entails and what your options are.nThe physical therapist are also excellent they assist you through exercises as well as leave exercises to be continued once their services ends. They monitor you as you do the exercises in their presence.nThe Occupational Therapist helps you to use what energy you do have well and wisely. I used all of the services on more than one occasion and find them to be most helpful.

For pt had shawna and ot was heather and I had nurse her name was Jen after being discharged from nursing facility they got me up and going I rate all three 5 star..

This is a five star organization in all disciplines. Of special support was the physical therapist, Pat. His concern, knowledge and understanding of limitations was very helpful. Our family had his service three times in past six months, each time he is the most cheerful professional, gets right to work with you, never in a hurry, never hurries you in your followup. Emotionally and physically concerned when pain is a very real issue. Highly recommend the Organization, but definitely the physical therapist.
