I recently had to inquire about widow's benefits. The women was wonderful and answered all questions. It was a difficult call to make and she made it as pleasant as possible. We even had a good laugh.
I went several times to this Social Security Office and I was treated with hate, poorly, and humiliated to shedding tears. I ask to file a complaint against them but they refuse to give me the forms. People beware please save all paperwork that this office sends to you because they contradict themselves, unwanted to correct their errors they made and falsely accusing you of it.
the office itself was a total disgrace when I finally got through online it took a few days to get there didn't get all the documents that I needed but at least the lady was nice
The woman who works at window 4 is very very rude !! No idea how she keeps her job!! Accuses people of things that she has no clue upon what she’s speaking of! Very very unprofessional loud obnoxious! I believe her name was kadeesha. Has literally hung up on me several times upon calling . I will be definitely contacting a higher manager to handle the situation . Never ever have I ever felt so mistreated from a government employee ever. You would think that especially being a social security office and they dealing with so many people especially ones whom suffer from mental illnesses they would be a bit more patient and kind and understanding or compassionate. Not this woman . And I will make sure I address this as this woman was absolutely trying to humiliate me . I pray that this woman will never ever have to be put in a situation that she did to me and my family .
My parents and I went there for several problems. Ms. Ortiz took her time and explained everything in details for my parents to understand completely about their inquiries. My parents really appreciated her time, patience, and efforts.
