Made an appointment at the South Surrey BCAA location to get car insurance. I thought I'd try a new place for car insurance. Arrived on time but had to wait in line as receptionist was dealing with lady in front of me. When it came to my turn, I informed receptionist I was there for my appointment. She told me they gave my appointment away because I was late. I replied I was late because I waited for 5 mins while she dealt with lady in front of me. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional as she berated me for being late. She went on to tell me that they are very busy and can't wait around for people who are late. I was completely shocked because I wasn't late and I'm wondering, do they not book a certain amount of time for appointments? I'm also wondering how a business can treat customers so horribly especially during this pandemic when we are all on edge and anxiety is running high for everyone. I'm a hairdresser and have clients that show up late sometimes for appointments. I would never think of berating them or taking their appointment away from them. I will never by another product from BCAA .

Best prices and service. Prices are cheaper if you are a member so I would suggest signing up to take advantage of any mechanical services your vehicle may need.

Been trying for two days to get through to renew car insurance by phone. My calls are never returned. Attempted to call this location to book an appointment to come in and I was hung up on twice. Can't believe I pay for a membership for this.nnUpdate:nA nice woman from this location ended up calling me back. Unfortunately by that time I had already renewed with Westland. It's on BCAA generally and not necessarily this location.

Overall 5 Stars plus! Dispatch was excellent and Bayview Towing Jayssen was the real deal! Worth every penny of the premium membership!

Tried to renew insurance today and the lady sent me away because they are fully bookednSince when do you need an appointment for a 5 min taskl??? There was NO ONE in the store other than staff. There was ONE vehicle in the service bay.nnTotally unimpressed and am rethinking my BCAA membership if this is how they treat paying customers. I DROVE 45 MINUTES OUT OF MY WAY AS I NEEDED THIS DONE TODAY.nnShame on you, BCAA
