My experience was nothing less than phenomenal. From start to finish Mike was patient and informative. He made the most important decision of my life super easy. His knowlege in his craft allowed someone like myself who has never had any experience purchasing diamonds feel comfortable and thoroughly informed. Mikes attention to detail was extraordinary.
