I have been with Atwater Insurance for a several years now...Val Bridge and the team have always been the MOST helpful for any situation I have been in. As a small, well established insurance office, I keep coming back because I really get the best personalized service with a smile. My latest insurance needs were handled by Lisa and Debbie. Due to the complicated nature of my insurance need, they worked together as a Team to efficiently get my insurance done and put me out the door so that I could move on with my busy day. I worked with Phyllis and she's very prompt with client email replys, and willing to answer your questions on insurance coverages. Most importantly, she looks out for the client, advising on how to best save $$ on auto insurance.

I have never experienced such rude service! I have been there twice and interacted with two different staff members, both were rude and unprofessional. I went the first time and received poor service by a rude employee. She made mistakes and when another employee was helping her, she was rude to her as well. It was uncomfortable to watch. I ended up having to return a few days later because she messed up. I went yesterday to ask a few questions about the policy I purchased 2 months ago and ended up walking out after 2 minutes due to shocking behavior by the so-called service agent. I went straight to Westland Insurance nearby and experienced wonderful polite staff! I would recommend going to any other agency!!
