Wed went into Hallmark to place my flooring order.nAs I am walking in I can hear Josi speakingnShe continues to speak while I was standing at the desk!!nCommenting on Mexico!!good weather! The food is fresh!! then to my astonishment staying ever Mexican is a crook!!!nShe looks up at me from her chair !nnI responded to her I cannot believe you would say some thing so RACIST!!!nnEspecially when you know my husband is from Mexico ( Mexican Canadian citizen)nnShe did not even apologize to me for her comments!!nnI left the store with a flutter of thoughtsnCalmly thinking about what she saidnSat in front of her store for 10 mins thinking what I would like to say to her!!nnJosi did not even follow me out of the store to even approach me to apologize!!nnI spoke with my interior designer she referred us to Excluisive floors in Panamora Ridge area where they happily took my order and reduced the invoice down 1500. I would like to highly recommend this company. They are professional, efficient, friendly and incredibly caring and kind. I had to replace our carpet because of a break in our water line, and when I went in, they were fantastic & helped me so much...I walked out with everything organized and scheduled. Everything that we discussed, was followed up on in a very timely manner, and right on schedule. I wish more business's were like this! Thank you Hallmark Carpets!
