My 3 story townhouse had to be completely renovated. Toledo did a fantastic job. So happy with the quality of work. Was completed right on time and Nate was so easy to deal with. Highly recommend this company!

Nate and his crew did an amazing job with our front deck and patio stone work for an extra parking space. As well they did some structure support at my shop that was done Perfect! Can’t thank them enough for all the fantastic work they did, highly recommend Toledo Renovations!

We used Toledo Renovations in May 2018 to renovate our entire basement suite -I've shared a couple of before and after pictures below. The work they did looks amazing visually, but more than that, Nate and his team showed up when they said the would and worked extremely hard throughout the day. They were honest, responsive and their attention to detail was second to none. Moreover, their prices were fair and they didn't cut any corners. Months later we hired them back to do some more work on another part of the basement and again after that for some work on a rental condo in Vancouver. Next up for us is renovating the master bathroom and we will definitely be hiring Toledo Renovations again.

We used Toledo for our Master Bath Reno and couldn’t have been happier. Nate’s guys showed up when they said they would which is usually not the case in construction. The work quality was top notch and the costs right on track. A quality crew and a quality job that will make me use them for future projects.

We hired Toledo Contracting to do a total renovation of the main floor of our house. From the beginning design phase, all the way thru to completion Nate and his team have gone above and beyond to make our home not only work better for us as a family but also be a place that we can’t wait to get back to at the end of the day. Nate and his Team are not only extremely professional with the work they do but they are also really personable, taking the time to explain things to us so we could understand each and every step, and also giving us options that work within our budget. We could not be more thrilled about our new space..Toledo’s work is impeccable. They gave us everything we asked for and more and they did it on time and in our budget!! If you’re thinking of doing a Reno we highly recommend Nate and his crew at Toledo contracting..you won’t regret it.
