Sellersville Pharmacy At Penn Foundation

Since my last review of 2 years ago, Sellersville Pharmacy has done a remarkable 180 turnaround from pharmacists, delivery, down to front customer service.nMy previous 2 star review was built on the many that preceded mine, perhaps mine was the last straw. Whatever the motive, they listened.nIt's been nearly a year since such changes have taken place, and it's fast becoming the reason why I chose a neighborhood pharmacy over a franchise.nI'm called when my refills are due, or ready. Knowing my transportation (or lack of) issues, they're ready to accommodate a delivery. Sellersville Pharmacy had delivery, previously, but very limited. It didn't deliver from the Penn Foundation location (only a short distance from main street one) and, it had to be within the 10 a.m. cut off time. Rather than force us to bend to the pharmacy's rules, they did the opposite, and met their customers' needs.nMy business is 90% of the time at this Penn Foundation location, 10% at Main Street. However, I experienced the same poor customer service, overt, and covert hostile pharmacists reported in other reviews. I'm thrilled to inform others, they're all gone, too. The change can be felt in the atmosphere.nAt both locations, my personal experience is, for some time now, is everything you'd want and expect in your neighborhood pharmacy, exemplary.nI wish every business listened to customers' and implemented the changes the way Sellersville turned around theirs.nIf there is still any criticism to be had, it's the lack of local artisans' wares at the main street location. like lotions, soap, and skincare that visitors' and locals alike look forward to at the corner pharmacy -and it is still sorely lacking there.
