Very knowledgeable technicians, but like others have commented, can't get them to call you back even after multiple calls. Terrible customer service skills.
I've used Joe's company for about 12 years for a large Katolight generator at my house. They've been responsive and done a fine job for me.
Have called them 3 times. Left a message that was unreturned. The last call, no one answered. I called another company.
Highest caliber of service professionals, hands down.
Never return phone calls, maybe not in business anymore although there is a phone message.
