Marks Jewelers - Montgomeryville

I was looking for a non-chain jewelry store that offered a higher level of quality than you could find at a mall. Marks Jewelers was recommended to me by several coworkers. I called and spoke to a sales associate/consultant who answered each of my questions completely. I followed up and made an in person appointment. I was greeted by several staff members, screened for temperature, and introduced to my sales consultant David who spent the better part of an hour answering questions, opening cases, and showing me everything I asked to see. I had an idea of what I wanted, and how much I wanted to spend, but seeing the quality and workmanship I upped the ante and went bigger. There was no pressure from David, he just kept displaying what I pointed at. He provided the best in customer service. Ultimately, I bought an absolute gorgeous ring for my wife that I’m sure she’ll love.nAll in all, I had an excellent experience.n10/10-would recommend to all my friends and coworkers.

I've had 3 pieces custom made by Marks. The first was my wedding band. The process was easy - we showed them what we were thinking, they made a wax mock up which we approved, and it was ready a few weeks later.nnMy husband then surprised me with a second, matching band for our 5 year anniversary. They were able to use the information from the first band so it was a complete surprise!nnWhen we had our daughter earlier this year, I knew I wanted a custom birthstone piece to commemorate the occasion. I was able to design a beautiful ruby and diamond ring that I hope to one day pass down to her. The process was easy and the price was very reasonable for a custom ring.nnI am and will be a lifelong Marks customer.

First I must say that the store is completely safe. We were directed to an area to sit until a salesperson was available. Katie was our saleswomen and she was amazing helping me pick out a pair of earrings. I was also totally surprised when Katie asked for my jewelry to clean while were shopping. Besides the personal attention, what better customer service to be offered to customers. I cannot say anything negative about shopping at Marks, it was a wonderful experience.

Mark’s Jewelers was an absolute fantastic experience. Was highly recommended by my father who does a lot of business at Mark’s Jewelers. Jeweler Gerry, helped me in picking out an engagement ring and he was very knowledgeable and took the time with me to make sure I was very comfortable and happy with my decision. Which I was!!! I highly recommend Mark’s Jewelers. You have gained a customer for a very long time!!!

My wife and I love coming to Mark's. Last week was our first wedding anniversary and I needed a gift for my wife. Earlier in the summer I mentioned to David that our anniversary was coming up and I needed help. David inquired as to what I was looking for and he notated my choice. David called me approximately 3 weeks before my anniversary to check in to see if I was still in need of a gift in which I was. I made an appointment with David for the following week and we was able to come up with a spectacular gift for my wife in which she absolutely loved. Thank you for the professionalism and the assistance. I will be back, have a birthday coming up in December. David, I will need you again!
