Always a great place to shop. Eric is the best ... ud83dudc96ud83dude01 love this store. Just got this new ring today for $25... originally $80. Great jewelry store.

Was just there this past Saturday to get my ring cleaned and inspected. The guy there did a great job cleaning it but once I asked him if he needed our info for the inspection(to show we have come in at the 6 month mark) he said no that it does it automatically in the system. Which I thought was weird because when we got the ring they said ever six months get it inspected or you void you warranty. Find out we ask a different associate from the willow grove store and they said yes they have to let them register you when you come in to keep track. Very Annoying that the Montgomeryville associate just lied to us and would of cost us our warranty. Will not be coming here again.

Save yourself the trip this place is a joke and the young Hispanic guy that works there doesn't know anything about customer service or good jewelry. He was extra pushy and kept recommended pieces not even close to pics that I have shown him. Also had a nerve to say I'm trying to show you style!! So I kindly put the ring down and walked out the store. If you want quality and great customer service just drive an extra 3 mins up the road to marks jewelry on 309.

My now husband ordered my wedding band for three day shipping two months before our wedding. He was never called. When he called two weeks before, he was assured it was in. He said he would wait and pick it up closer to the wedding so he could get my engagement ring cleaned. When he went to pick it up, they told him it wasn't there. They did absolutely nothing to remedy the fact that I would not have a wedding band for my wedding. Upon him pressing, they said they did have the ring, it just wasn't the correct one. They NEVER CHECKED TO SEE IF IT WAS THE CORRECT RING. Now three days after getting married without a ring, we've heard nothing from them. I'm so upset and disgusted.
