I liked the place it was neat and easy to find items. They were having a sale for buy 3 get 3 free. But beware you will have sticker shock if you do not pay attention to the prices of the items. When you go and check out be sure that your price point is where you want it to be. Otherwise it was a nice experience and not to crowded or wait in line.

I went to get my cartilage pierced and it was great the first day! After that my left ear started to get really swollen and it hurt really really bad. I was up crying until 1 am on a school night because I couldn’t bare the pain, worst pain I’ve ever experienced as a 14 year old. Then today my other piercing started to get swollen and hurt really really bad. So I now don’t have my piercings in anymore because they were making my ears red, swollen, and bloody. They have great service but they should consider getting needles for any kind of piercing that isn’t the ear lobe. Spent 45 dollars on it and it was my own money, really disappointed and will never go back there to get my ears pierced. PLEASE DO NOT GET YOUR EARS PIERCED AT CLAIRES!

Idk who calls this place overpriced. They did a great job piercings my 2 month olds ears. They look great. Was able to get finer earrings for her which is safer for babies. I even bought my some hair ties and headbands and some for my daughter too. Prices were great and I love all the colors and options of goods. I'm going back this week for more bandana headband colors! They pierced my ears over 20 years ago too. Love Claire's
