Helzberg Diamonds - Storewide Sell-Off Event, This location only

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy your jewelry here. We have had problem after problem with my engagement ring and have been given the run around for YEARS. The manager at this store is extremely rude and told us to our face that he didn’t understand our issues and ALWAYS had an attitude with us. We finally went and got a second opinion at a highly regarded jeweler and were told all of our concerns were valid and we were given multiple options on how we can go about fixing the ring. The new jeweler also showed us multiple fractures in the diamonds that needed to be replaced when we had just picked it up from getting “fixed” at helzberg earlier that day. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. We will NEVER go back and deal with these shady crooks ever again.

Spent thousands of dollars for junk. Don’t stand by their product. Manager Ken is rude. Never ever buy a thing from this place.

Only leaving a one star cause I have to. Customer service is horrible! They have my rings for two months now and keep giving me the run around on when I can have them back! I am to be married in June but apparently with no rings!! My fiance spent thousands on my rings!! I want them back

Pretty reasonable prices and they do have some really good sales. That being said, the associates are very pushy there. Think used car salesmen.

Would give 0 stars if it were possible. Horrible customer service and was fed falsified information on conditions of products. Please do NOT go to this store. CROOKS!
