When they're on, the burgers and fries are at the top end for fast casual food. When they're not, it's inedible. Sadly, at this location, it's 50/50.nnUpdate: they never ever EVER get my fries right. How difficult is it to do well done fries? Dropped a star
The burger was great!! fries soggy :(nhowever the kid got my order wrong (I understand we’re human so that happens and I don’t blame him at all because ultimately it is not his issue past that point) but I do have a problem with how the manager handled it. Answer was “well she’ll have to order another” (aka pay for another when they messed up) and talked down as if I didn’t understand their menu. I’ve been to five guys all over the county- I know what I like and know what its called. What happened to customer is always right? I am in customer service myself and I would never be as hostel as how she came came off. Maybe she doesn’t know what vibe she put out but now is a perfect opportunity to understand and hopefully correct.
The food was very good! Lots of food for what I paid for. Very quick.
It's Five Guys... What more can you say. This location is consistently good.
Can't go wrong with a 5 guys burger and fries!
