I believe I was helped by Laura, who seemed pretty rude and unhelpful to me. Maybe she was just having a bad day but based on the other reviews here I don't think that's the case.nnI was doing a title transfer on my car and she needed to send a document to the address on my license. This is my street address, to which to don't receive mail, so she said I'd have to change it if I want to receive the document.nnI told her full well that I thought you had to have your residential address on your license and asked her, being the professional I thought she was, if that was correct.nShe just stared and repeated herself.nnNow my license has my mailing address, which is wrong.nThis is off of the PA DMV website:nn6. May I use a Post Office Box address on my license?nPennsylvania law requires your residence address. You may use a PO Box in addition to your residence address, but not as the only address on your licensennSo yeah in conclusion, maybe I expected her to know too much about what has to be on a license but her attitude was definitely there. I will be going to another tag and notary service from here on out.

Called in with some questions without much knowledge on how a title transfer works. I called from a phone number ending in 4999... After being put on hold and speaking to somebody else on September 30, 1:13 PM the woman kept being so rude and getting very agitated with me. I would not bring your business here. A & M right up the road would never speak to any customer that way. Wish they weren’t so busy today I wouldn’t of even called. RUDE RUDE RUDE.nnNote when looking at reviews that nobody ever up votes the good comments. All bad comments have multiple upvotes meaning people feel the same way

I had a good experience with the people here (out of state title transfer). They were quick to answer the phone and tell me exactly what I needed, and when I should do it.
