Almost every time I’ve called someone has treated me like I’m an idiot. I’m not a lawyer. I’m not a divorce expert. This entire process has been taxing enough, it would be nice if “customer service” treated each person with respect and maintained a level of patience for those who don’t know the in and outs of legal proceedings. I get that this is basically the self service way to get a divorce when you can not afford a lawyer, but when you call and have a question about your case, you shouldn’t be treated like you’re wasting their time.

The women that work here are of the most rude and ignorant people I’ve ever encountered. How do they keep their jobs??? They need to realize people are calling for help and may be dealing with abuse. Information is needed and no one needs the added aggravation of the attitude they throw and for no good reason. It’s so bad, I actually couldn’t believe it. Where is the family division supervisor? Here’s a piece of advice for you miserable cows, do the public a favor and go find a job you actually enjoy because you suck at what you do. You are in a service position, remember that!
