I went in to Carroll's to inquire about having a custom piece created. They took their time to discuss and answer questions. When I went back to talk design the ideas and options they gave me were great. Again they really took their time, didn't rush my decision and made me feel as though the understood the importance of thos piece for my life. The finished work is beautiful!!

Purchased both my engagement and my wedding band here. Everyone is very professional and knowledgeable. Did not feel pressured to buy anything, they spent their time with me and made sure I was happy with what we were purchasing. Reasonably priced and great location. Will definitely be back.
