I purchased four necklaces at the Montgomeryville mall location. The girl helping me was wonderful. She was very patient as I took my time deciding what I wanted to get. I love the pieces... they're so pretty and elegant. Their customer service is also very good. I'll definitely be back there again soon.

Recently my mother and I purchased quite a few pieces of jewelry from Payton Jewelry and we are absolutely in love! From necklaces, bracelets, rings and anklets we bought them all and I wear my new treasures every day. What I love most is their jewelry does not tarnish which was a HUGE PLUS and all the pieces are gorgeous! Oh and did I mention they will fix any pieces that break for free which is super awesome! Great experience- I ordered a pair of earrings, as a gift for someone. Payton Jewelry reached out to me when there was a question about my order & allowed me to see a picture of the item prior to sending it, due to the potential concern. The earrings were beautiful. They made sure they got the item in the mail as quickly as possible as there had been a short delay due to needing to get in contact with me. They were great- responsive and helpful, and made a beautiful pair of earrings!

My teen daughters and I love Payton! We visit the little boutique at KOP mall every time we are there and I have also purchased several pieces online.
