Fill in Pharmacy manager refused to allow pharmacy tech to enter in GoodRx codes because it was 9pm and she wanted to leave. In fact she went so far as to tell me I had mo choice but pay the full price after my insurance which was $102 and I explained thst i had $77 on my HSA card. The goodrx discount would have reduced the cost to $48 dollars. She would not allow the tech to continue to assist me, snatchd the documents from my hand and threatened to call the police on me. Then she went so far as to say I was no longer going to even be allowed to purchase the meds which i needed to treat a serious staff infection, and instead she'll transfer them to a 24hour CVS located 20 minutes away......Then politely smiled and helped the lady behind me. I arrived at the store at 8:42pm direct from Urgent Care and did browse foe 3 recommended items over the counter the Dr. Said wouls help speed my recovery. According to her i was past the point of customer service and became a hindrance to her closing and going home. I left without meds, but did manage to talk to a store manager upfront about the situation. He was nice and apologetic but said that the store managers have no control over pharamcists that the pharmacy manager, not on duty, would have to handle it.nThis is my second run in wirh this female blonde pharmacist. 2 months prior she half filled my 3 month supply of blood pressure meds ignoring the two times daily prescribed amount. I addressed it, she said that the only solution would be to have ANOTHER prescription sent in from my doctor. She wasnt going to fix her mistake, instead she took meds and refunded my HSA immediately to make it apper as though it never happened, then told me now she was so busy that it would be 3-4 hours before she'd get to my script. 14 years sending scripts to this specific CVS with no issues ever....Then in 2 month period I was treated like absolute scum by a person i had never met previously and did nothing to atgonize or provoke her. Hatred for men is what I chalk it up as, because the glee she took in helping the older lady who CAME AFTER ME TO GET HER MEDS was appalling.
Clean store and we quick prescription pick up
Aside from the main store being clean and the main staff being friendly, the pharmacy needs to be better staffed. I waited 8 minutes on hold the first time I called, 6 minutes the second time... I decided I would call back. This is ALL THE TIME!! It is really uncalled for. If I didn't need scripts that were 90 day supply, I would switch pharmacies.
Management there is atrocious! Customer service is non existent! I was charged twice because the self checkout froze after I swiped my card. Taylor stated that she will ring me up and cancel that transaction on self checkout. Next day I noticed she didn’t cancel the transaction after checking my credit card statement. I bring the receipt in and my statement and spoke with the manager on duty, Nicole. She admitted Taylor should’ve taken care of that and simply said she is leaving the company Sat. and moving out of town. I was confused because she’s still currently an employee and doesn’t resolve my issue. I said what are they going to do about this situation? She said I needed to bring the items in to process the refund. I said that I’m not returning the items and just need reimbursement for the double charge. She said there was nothing else she could do. Reluctantly, being completely inconvenienced, I go back home and get my items and drive back. She reimbursed my card and I decided to get a refund for my items as well and told Nicole I won’t be coming back to CVS and will take my business to Walgreens. I then asked to speak to the store manager John. She didn’t offer to have him call me or offer me anything for all my inconvenience or even care that I was completely inconvenienced or taking my business elsewhere due to her inability to make a wrong - right. I call John later on and spoke to him. He said he spoke to Nicole and Taylor and I asked and?? He said I shouldn’t have been sent home and should’ve been offered Store Bucks. I asked him what he’s willing to do for me. He said, ‘Didn’t you tell Nicole you weren’t coming back and switching pharmacies?”. I asked him what that has to do with the situation? He said he doesn’t know what I want from him. He then said he could offer me 5 Store Bucks. I said that’s all my business is worth to you? That doesn’t cover the gas I used going back and forth! He then proceeded to say well, 10.00 is the best I could offer. I said so your going to reverse haggle me like a car dealership now? I informed him his customer service is lacking and has no clue and will be in contact with corporate. If you cherish customer service, avoid this store. No one cared about my issue from the start which made me return all my merchandise and waste my time with 2 managers! I’ve been on the phone now on hold for over 40 mins with customer service! Finally reached customer service who told me they can’t reverse time and asked me what I wanted. He couldn’t do anything for me on a corporate level! Embarrassing. I won’t be back to any CVS now. Customer service is lacking up and down the chain. CVS should be ashamed of themselves and the people that represent them.
Customer service is nonexistent from management. John is clueless! There’s way too much competition to accept being treated like you don’t matter. I’m simply taking my business elsewhere.
