Claire’s

I was in the store today with my daughters shopping for stuff for school and this woman I'm assuming is the manager made me feel uncomfortable. She was speaking very rudely to the other sales girl who was so nice to me when I walked in. It made me feel embarrassed for the young girl she was speaking to. I don't know how Claire's are suppose to treat their employees but from what I saw it made me walk out and not want to go back again. And it made my girls uncomfortable as well so we just left. The younger girl ana was super friendly as soon as a i walked in with my girls.

I was rushing in to the OV Claire’s store to grab some cute little things and a gift card for my niece’s 9th birthday and I was like a deer in headlights! The young lady working today named Ana stopped what she was doing and helped me design a cute gift bag with a few special things that made my “gift card only” gift really fun!! She was amazingly helpful and kind! Thanks, Ana!!

I was at this store earlier with my daughter looking for some headbands. We walked in, never greeted. The store manager working had a horrible attitude the whole time. Rolling her eyes after I asked a question and seemed more interested about being on her phone than helping me. I love Claires but definitely not in a hurry to return to this location.

Cute earrings. Most of their products are kiddish, but they do have head raps and other hair accessories. They also do piercings for a good price.

My daughter Love's this store so much. That we are having her 10th birthday party. All the employees at this location are absolutely friendly and I highly recommend having your birthday party here it sounds awesome.
